AFL Live xbox 360 help please?

how do you bump? Also, how to kick a banana? I try from the boundary as it says it tutorial but its just a drop punt. And what are your thoughts on the game? Personally its much better than the previous one. Shame about no career and only 7million salary cap but apart from that its great.
