Are you having yahoo mail problems?

In the last few months, my Yahoo clic email program has been acting like a runaway horse. Often my mails don't send, it hangs up when I wish to compose, when I click on just about any option, I can get a blank page, or a never-ending load. I have signed out, signed in, cleared my cache, history, temporary internet folders, cookies, pwords, forms, storage from add-ons, etc. I am still having trouble. I did not, before...it is non-stop, and I have scanned everything, re-booted, checked the registry, etc, etc. Computer illiterate, I am not. Anyone else having this problem?
