Am I a racist for being scared over this statistic, it frightens me very much so?

i can believe that statistics show that the prison population consist of over 70% African Americans. But i heard that by 2050 there will be double if not triple Hispanics in the US then there are now. So this country will be full of Hispanics and Blacks and less Caucasian. This country is going to the toilet.
