How should I punish myself?

I am an evangelical Christian and just discovered that I was gay today when I accidentally saw my nephews as I changed his diaper. Obviously the lord now sees that I am gay and I want to rid myself of this horrible demon. What sort of physical punishment should I inflict upon myself to make up for it? I will do anything.
