Wierd experiance while smokeing pot?

Ok so I went with my friend and we smoked some purple kush, Idk if this is normal but I took a big puff and I held it in longer than I could and I coughed a bit and I felt like I was guna throw up from each cough but I held it together and didnt.. Then I felt real tingly everywhere and it felt like lines like this >>>>>>>> were zig zagging through my whole body and it felt really good when I would move around and basically I was like jumping around(not literally) and I would laugh and ask my friend if it was normal, like my mind was on the right course but my body was kinda uncontrollable and uncontrolable laughing. But my concience(if thats how you spell it?) was normal. Also like when I moved it would feel like it would tingle in the wave of my arm so like... the tingle was the delay of my arm moving and Idk it was kinda scary for me at first cause most people are relaxed when their high but I was lke wanting to move around alot cause it felt good to move and my vision also was all zig zaggy and I could only focus on a ccouple things, like for some reason I only kept focusing on like this light, and this bill board and everything around it was going like >>>>>>>>>>>> or <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>^^^^^^^^^ It was wierd someone please provide me an explanation
