Help please, spiritual question?

If you attend a fellowship that is evangelical but you are not comfortable with just everybody or anybody "laying hands on" you how do you tell someone no I don't want YOU in particular touching me or hugging me as you pray for me. Without causing hurt or offense? Hmm? Really helpful serious answers only please. Thanks :)
