How Can I Find the owner of abandoned house?

You need to go to the tax essor's website or the actual physical office. You provide them with the street address and they will give you the registered owner's name and address. Then you write or call the owner and tell them your proposition. Be sure to have a cash deposit and a pre-written contract with you - that way you can lock them into an agreement on the first visit. Or, in the alternate, you figure out the parcel # of the lot based on the street address and look it up on the county plat map. That will also lead you to the owner's name and address. Often these kinds of things require going to the tax essor's/tax collector's office.
