How Can I Tell My Mom I did Something Bad yesterday with HIM?

So yesterday My dog and I were making chocolate suckers and I dropped a piece of chocolate on the ground and I grabbed it just in time but then my dog got mad and peed all over the floor and I used my brother's Montreal Canadien towel to clean it up and now I feel bad for "Dave" because I had to throw it all.. Snuggle Puggle and I swore we wouldn't tell but I feel so BAD ):
