How to make it easier with the mare and the foal during shows?

My mare sadie that i use every year at the shows and fairs got herself prego this last winter. Im just wondering if there is anything i can do to make it easier on the mare and foal so there not freaking out everytime i take her out to the arena or just taking the mare away from the foal for a short period of time. I do plan on taking the foal with me to each show and fair with the mom but is there something i can do a head of time so things will be easier. Like maybe separating them a little each time i work worth her or ? HELP ME PLEASE.
