Is the Japanese company Sanrio still making Black stereo-type toys and goods?

I remember a while back when they produced a doll named 'Bibinba'. Many foreign companies produce products that depict negative stereo-typical imagery of Africans to sell their products. I AM interested in knowing if Sanrio still does. Thanks!
