Leasing an Apartment in California after Repo/BK?

So my girlfirnd and I are trying to move to an apartment complex to save $$$ she has really good credit and I have a repo and soon to file for BK in California, we both have good paying jobs, this new complex that we are looking at declined us both 8 months ago due to my credit and her insuficient credit no she has built some credit history but my credit is still in the slump, I am certain that they will decline us, as they did before...so here goes my question.......If she applies on her own and or gets a co signer without mentioning me, gets the apt and the 2 months later we let the leasing office know "im moving in" can the evict us??? I know thisis not rite but we really want to move to this complex but due to my fianacial situation in the past. I am looking for serious answers thank you.
