What if holes were in both the inner and outer membrane of the mitochondria? What would happen?

to the cell respiration cycle (glycolysis krebs ETC) would it be negatively affected i know that if there were hoels in the inner membrane (where the ETC is located ) the H+ gradient would go down and ATP synthesis would cease to exist but what if there were holes in both the inner and outer membrane?
