Where are the best places to have coats & shoes made in Thailand?

You can pretty much walk into any shop on the street that makes/repairs clothes and they will do an awesome job. I took a pair of my favorite pants to a place in Phattaya and they made exact copies (3 pair) and it was like $5. This was about 10 years ago, so it may cost you double now.
