My cat had her kittens outside, how do i find them?

my cat was pregnant, she was pretty small so i thought she wasnt that far along... she left home for about a day and came back only to eat, then, she had them outdoors, what do i do? its almost winter and should snow anytime now!!! im worried theyll die.
